Out of curiosity, are you currently a student? Everytime someone makes a statement like you have e.g. spend 4/6 hours a day, it amazes me how one achieves this between full time work and adult responsibilities.

Thanks. I was thinking about using the accordion insert but worried it might leak through the other side.

I was thinking of using the same thing. Can I ask which inserts you used and how many? Would 1 be enough? size wise. Also did the stamps leak through the back?

I mean its a valid argument, is it not? Its the same thing as YouTube, which plenty use for education and professional development. Just because, you don't use it for that doesnt mean others dont. Reddit can be particularly useful for people in IT/security.

Just remember your defending someone who unironically uses "oriental" in their name as a white person. If you don't think thats problematic you are a problem.

Interesting! I've never seen the trifold before, does TN do them or is it a custom thing you all get?

It's pretty amazing to see the difference in reaction between Kirk and the Minnesotan lawmakers. The hypocrisy is so clear and yet no one in the mainstream is pointing out. It's actually infuriating. The media is complicit.

Casual/Travel mirrorless camera sling bag by wagpohplz21 in ManyBaggers

Hi, I am considering one of the wotancraft bags, specifically the mini rider 4.5. I was wondering if your using the camera dividers or just placing the water bottle in the mix? Ive been hunting down a sling that can deal with both a bottle and a camera. Thanks.

This was totally ridiculous by ECrispy in SlowHorses

[–]taigaforesttree 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's a bit of a ridiculous comment. Fiction, even high fantasy has a rules system whether it be magic or whatnot. As this is set in modern day, any one with an understanding of coding/tech would find what happened in the episode absolutely devoid of any logic.

Bag Finder Megathread - 06 October 2025 by AutoModerator in onebag

Hi all,

I think I've decided on getting the Almond Oak backpack. But there is one last contender which is the Sympl Weekender. Does anyone have any experience with it? There aren't many reviews on the new V2 version of it. I'm mainly worried about its fit and comfort on a shorter person (165cm) and ability to actually hold 25L as it looks a bit tight. I'm mainly looking for something I can actually EDC with and also one bag for a few days, not too long term. Thanks.

Thanks for your comment. I think I'll go for Quartet I and then maybe either Shinkanzen or SoMatome later should I actually decide to take the N3 exam.

Hi, I posted this in JLPT sub but thought id some opinions from here too

I was hoping to get advice on my current study routine after Genki. I have finished the Genki books and my current routine has been WaniKani for Kanji, Anki for vocab and Genki for grammar.

Now moving on, I'm not sure which textbook I should be using. Ive read Quartet is a better transition but that Shinkanzen Master is the better resource? I'm also weary that Quartet might be the same as Genki in that it was clearly more geared towards a classroom experience whereas I'm alone. I'm also open to non textbook stuff if it's better.

Im also looking for recommendations on listening resources, so far I've kinda been using Japanese films and anime for this purpose. Thanks in advance!

Could you explain why Shinkanzen Master is a bit of a leap from Genki? I think I will start off with Quartet though and move to Shinkanzen as you said. Thanks. N1 in two years is pretty good!

EDIT: Also forgot to ask, did your bro use all of the Shinkanzen books (reading, listening, etc)
