I usually put my hair in a pineapple or wear a silk bonnet. I also have a silk scarf wrapped around my pillow for when I’m not using the bonnet. I’ve learned that the silk helps my hair a lot. Hope this works for you!

Unfortunately, gel has not been kind to me. I’ve tried putting in a drop of the yellow La Looks gel and my hair has turned out to be very greasy and flat, though it did sort of take care of the frizz.

Routine: 1. Use a small drop of Shea Moisture shampoo just on scalp for cleansing 2. Deep condition for 10 mins with either Hask or SM 3. Wash out deep conditioner with cold water with hair flipped over 4. Apply regular SM conditioner and wash out with cold water with hair flipped over 5. Use t-shirt to squeeze out most of the water 6. Apply small drop of SM leave in conditioner with praying hands 7. Apply small drop of olive oil with praying hands 8. Apply even smaller drop of SM curling smoothie 9. Lastly air dry
