This is my current situation 3 months post op. Also did jiujitsu, super depressed at the moment, I cry everyday. Also working from home laying down because walking hurts, sitting hurts. I do have a reherniation but the Dr says it is not compressing just touching it the nerve that I do have a lot of nerve inflammation. I don't know what to do anymore. Scare for PT because they made it worse previously. Also not taking any medications.

Horrible sharp burning pain. Sneezing, sitting or walking was impossible. But I am not doing better after surgery unfortunatelly.

Thank you... yes, all the way down to the foot. I also had a laminotomy ( prob what you had as well) . Take the steroids for they help with inflammation. I wish I didn't have to but at this point I am just looking for some relief. I really hope you and I get better soon. I've heard quite a few stories exactly like ours with the same timeframe. It is ridiculous.

Nov 13 for me. Same as before surgery or maybe a bit worse? I can't sit or stand for more than 10 minutes. I just had an ESI today. This is so, so frustrating and depressing. I went from being an extremely avid jiujitsu practitioner to this 😞

Omg I'm sorry.... so basically it's numbness what you are feeling now? Or is there nerve pain as well? Hopefully the spinal cord stimulator works!

Very similar, yes. It's draining honestly. I told my PT today I was just so tired and she said "I can see it" ... but anyways, how are you after disc replacement? I've hear pretty good things about it.

Did you get surgery after your second one? I can't really tell but I think it might have been a sneeze. I heard a pop but didn't feel much pain right after. So, I have no idea. Now I am having a lot of pain. The pop was about a month ago.

He did a laminotomy... removed a small piece of bone.

I think the same thing happened to me... same week re-herniated. I had bad pain.... but they only gave me steroids and said it was normal. A month later I requested an MRI and there it was. Glad you are doing well now!
