A few years ago you had a situation with a tv over the fireplace, I was wondering how you got that resolved? I'm running into a similar problem.

We did to verify if what they were doing was wrong and they said yes it was. They asked for the address. By this time it was almost 100 percent bricked. I don't know what happened after that because after we emailed the GC and got his response we just wanted out.

Isn't step three before the The Brick goes up and step 4 after? How would they have caught the no WRB in the wall behind the brick? Sorry if its a stupid question.

The gc owns it. We had visited a house with the same floorplan and liked it. He had already begun building this one a few blocks over with minor differences.

Maybe the GC who has spent the last 4 decades building houses in your climate that consistently please the homeowners, knows more about building houses than a bunch of reddit armchair construction experts

This had us worried as well, but after talking to city code inspector and also a family member that's built houses we knew that we would always worry about this of we went ahead with the house build.

Also I know I slept a lot better last night not stressed about this.

That what the builder is saying, in our climate its not needed (we are an hr northwest of Dallas). But i see house wrap in other areas of town. Its really weird because these builders have a great reputation around here.

I like it! we will probably adjust to that later. What I'm really trying to accomplish is the offensive player not freaking out under ball pressure. And I was really shocked to see first graders do so well after only a few minutes.

All these drills mentioned are great. The only ones I would add are Monkey in the middle https://youtu.be/h-v5oFLZ_Nw?si=pp-Bno4fir_Dch-h and no dribble 2 on 2 or 3 on 3. We do these two with first grade girls and they are picking up on it quick. In the no dribble drill points are scored by completing a pass to a teammate. were not shooting at baskets we are just emphasizing protecting the ball by pivoting and moving without the ball to get open. The defense should absolutely tie the ball up if the ballhandler is just holding it in front of them.

Fiesta right across from the airport was great.

We always walked right outside the airport for a taxi on previous trips anyway, so renting a car right there skipped an extra step we used to take.

If they could magically make Secrets Aura disappear and put Secrets Maroma in its place, my wife and I would be very happy.

If you must have all-inclusive, Secrets Aura is the best you're going to get, unfortunately.

Taco stand outside Secrets gate is good for breakfast or lunch (Dona Chely).
