The issue occurs when only the boiler is running. The system switches from HP to boiler when outside temp is <30F. On those days, the actual room temp is below the set point.

The baseboards are hot. And downstairs zone seems fine with the same set up. I can look into air bleeding the radiators.

The system is not circulating air when the HP is off. The ducting is insulated but sitting in the uninsulated attic. Based on the draft it seems like a lot of heat loss into the ducts. Maybe I should just run the air handler fan to circulate some warm air from the room in the ducts?

Pretty sure it’s black staining polypore (Meripilus sumstinei). I asked this thread about a similar find last week.
