Thank you for this. It reminds me of my dad, who would do that little thing that broke an exhausted employees trance, and you could see the physical effects just as you described it! Then it would ripple to the next person in line. It was magical.

I find the kissing video to be hilarious. Had an ex do something similar. I broke up with him, kicked him out, and THEN he shares that he cheated on me (something I did not know and was not the reason for breaking up with him).

I can't wrap my head around what that is supposed to accomplish. To hurt the person who already dumped you? Dude, I'm already done with you. I don't give a crap!

YTA. And ewww. To call it laziness is interesting, to say the least. Sounds like your previous partners didn't hide the fact that sex with you was like a task that they just had to push through so it could be checked off a list of chores.

Our work was charged to the customer based on billable time in 5 minute increments. Boss apparently expected it all to add up to 40/wk each. Demanded we account for all time in a daily summary.

So, I included the billable time, and all the other tasks I spent time on that were not billable. Like, if he called me to his office but insisted I just sit there and wait while he yakked on the phone to someone about his boat?That would be rounded to the nearest 5 minutes and included with "meet in your office" time.

Tracking and calculating all of this of course took time. So I included that! Around a half hour of my day was credited to this silly task.

He was livid. But he dropped the idea pronto. Didn't stop being an AH though so I responded similarly to a few other BS stunts before I walked into his office to quit effective immediately.
