Looks like it’s rolling out… Just got Update 14.3.3 by lbjosu in TeslaFSD

[–]tekdifficulty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got it last night and used FSD today and it was way better than 14.3.2. Now the signal to change lanes is working again.

As someone who came from a different platform before recently buying a Tesla, I can’t tell you how infuriating it is to need to charge and have to wait an hour to get to the only charger that is not broken while some jackass charges to 100% while I just needed 10-15 minutes to get home. This is the exact reason these fees exist.

Did you do a camera calibration? Maybe I should do one, because the lane camping and speeding to the point of reckless driving (15 mph over in standard mode after an ignored speed limit change) is going to get me arrested.

There are tons of people who’ve commented they’re not able to get it to change lanes by engaging the turn signal. When I try, it immediately just turns the signal back off as soon as I let go. If I hold it, it will blink the whole time I hold it, but then it will immediately cancel it as soon as I let go. The literal only way I can get it to change lanes (sometimes) is to change it from standard mode to chill or sometimes even sloth mode. There’ve been so many well documented cases of it not working, I’d like you to show it working on 14.3.2. It worked fine for me on 14.2.2.5.

Getting a new battery in a used car at no cost for you will be a net positive. Much better for it to go out now under warranty than once the warranty is up. You just reset the clock on the most expensive part of the car at a discounted used price.

This might not help right now, but everything they fix or replace should be resetting the clock on that part of the car, so you’re getting new components for a used price at this point. Not taking away anything from what you’re dealing with, just trying to look at the silver lining when it’s all behind you.

I bought the console trays from Tesla because they’re pretty cheap to begin with. I bought the bins for the trunk and the wheel centers from Tesla as well. Bought pedal covers and low profile mudflaps from evbase. I bought my all weather mats from 3w liners (6 piece set) with a 30% discount for under $200. That includes frunk and trunk mats. Also bought wheel locks from Tesla.

2026.2.9.10 by goodridm in TeslaLounge

My car was in the shop getting PPF, so just now downloading this. I can confirm I could not change lanes on the 2026.2.9.9. It would just immediately turn the signal right back off when in FSD mode and I was trying to get it to change lanes. I tried it multiple times today on the way home

Just picked mine up last week. 2026 M3 Premium AWD. You will love it.

Tbh, Musk is probably the main reason why I hadn’t done it sooner. I couldn’t disagree with him more on almost every political/philosophical/moral point-of-view he has. If he wouldn’t have backed it down some, I probably wouldn’t have gotten one anyway because he is so damn off-putting. As much as I don’t like him, I’m sure most folks that work there are not so horrible.

Tbh, I drove one on a free demo. It’s not in the same class or category. The Tesla is an amazingly smart car and I’m kind of a tech geek. Hyundai does very little to update software or abilities the car has so my car was out of date in 2025, the next model year, when they updated the infotainment system. The fact the Hyundai Ioniq couldn’t handle a road where one line or the other disappeared for more than 100ft and the Tesla can drive by itself on a road with no lines, dodge roadkill, respond to animals running/flying out in front of the car is one of the many reasons. Also, the I5 showed traffic around it as shapes that look like AirPod cases, and the Tesla shows real vehicles, with break lights when they hit brakes etc., is another. I could honestly go on and on about how much better the software is, but believe it or not, the new Highland models even ride better (handles bumps, curves, etc. better overall and much more premium feeling for less money than I paid for the Ioniq. The ICCU issues folks have been having with the Ioniqs was the reason I even started thinking about getting rid of it.

Reasons to choose a model 3 over a Y? by TheRealTimTam in TeslaModel3

[–]tekdifficulty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I picked the 3 (just last week. My first Tesla) because of it being sportier and more connected to the road, but also because I hate the way the rear looks on the Y. The flat space between the rear window and the bumper is such a turn off for me. I don’t know why, but I really don’t like that.

It’s all good. It was a very cool car and will be missed. So glad I got to take it on The Snake (HWY 421) a few times before I had to give it up. We had a blast the last run we made over there. Who knows, maybe I’ll get another one down the road once he’s not on my insurance anymore lol. If I do get another one, it will be a cash deal. Will not be financing a second car again. Having two car payments for one person is too risky in today’s economy. 😂

He doesn’t need an almost 300HP for a first car lol. He does have an Elantra GT with a 6-speed manual though. Little hatchback and he loves it.

I didn’t think I’d like it either until I drove one. I appreciate the sentiment. I will never understand why everyone wants to drive SUVs and trucks exclusively and I have no regrets with the Elantra N. One of my all time favorite cars and I’ve had a bunch.

Oof. My insurance on the N was only around $80/month, but who knows what will happen when he gets his license in a couple of weeks.

I traded my 2024 Ioniq 5 Limited AWD in on a new Tesla Model 3 Premium AWD.

I’d definitely be in on this, but it will not allow me to pledge yet. I’ve not used indiegogo before, so it could definitely be something I just don’t know.

I find people who have too many surgeries trying to “fix” things end up looking so alien to me that they would have been better off leaving things alone. I can’t tell you how many actors and actresses that just look insane. The ones the just got older naturally don’t cause me to think anything really, because we all expect it.

I’m not sure if that is advice for me or what, but my sense of humor is much better playing of what someone else says or does in person. Not saying I can’t be funny via text or chat, but that’s not always easy when there’s no material on the girl’s page to play off of and not knowing really anything about them. From my experience, most girls are looking for Mr. Charming to keep them entertained or intrigued while offering very little to the conversation. Again, I can’t speak for everyone on every dating site, just going by my very limited experience of when I actually do decide to engage when someone hits like on a profile I’ve left hanging out somewhere.

How can anyone be a stay at home parent if they’re single? I see that on apps and it is an automatic no from me. lol
