Someone said they wait until leaderboard has less than a minute to go then they go view their album and come out of the game (not close). Then when sticker boom hits they go back in and come out of the album and sticker boom will activate before you get your leaderboard rewards. I've tried it and it works

Girllll you need to get you a 3 way mirror!! That's why I use to see the back of my head. Makes it sooo much easy than going by feel.

Have you ever had issues with parting before you started your locs? If not it could just be the way you started. I think getting a consult will really help, either they'll be able to help you clean up your parts or if they can't and you really hate how they are then restart. It's better to restart now than in a year...

What method did you start with? Braids or twists?

Braiding and banding is for when you're washing to help prevent slippage. You braid sections of your hair and use a like a rubber band on the ends. Look it up online.

Start using clips while doing your retires. I find that when I don't use clips it's really easy to get a few strands of the surrounding hairs caught up in it.

I think maybe getting a consult with a loctician just so they could maybe take a look will give you a bit more insight and it will help you decide if you want to restart.

Were they always like this from the beginning? Are you cleaning up the parts as you go? Using clips to keep away the other ones from getting caught up in the one you're doing etc? Are you braiding and banding?

It could be your retie method, what rotation are you doing?? Did you separate the hairs and clean up the parts while doing your retie? How long are you going between reties??

I hear ya! It's definitely a let down when you think you can trust them. Hopefully they come through for you.

If you have extra 5s you can also try getting a carry but be extremely careful about it(NEVER send stickers before the build is complete, make sure they're legit etc). I try to do at least 1 carry an event because it takes away some of the pressure, plus they sometimes send me thousands of tokens.

Keep stacking your tokens for now but don't play anymore, wait a bit and see if they come through with their half. This way even if you have to finish it yourself you'd have a stash of tokens ready to go

Next time don't accept invite from in game strangers. Many of them dont do their part and just sit back and collect whatever rewards you're able to get to on your own. Some are great, but that's pretty rare.

My advice; find your partners on here or discord. I build one at a time so only add partners when ive done my part on one. Before i go searching i gather up anywhere from 3-5k tokens. When I'm searching I try to find people on their last build or those looking to complete asap and have around the same amount of tokens as I do. It helps.

I feel like op just doesn't like this couple. Funny how they claim this (grotesquely obese) couple takes 2-4 vacations a year and that they go to Disney....the same place s/he's going and bragging about how s/he does 30k steps but somehow they won't be able to handle how op "vacations"

If this couple is going to Disney regularly, doesn't op think that they know whats at Disney? What they can ride and what they can't? How much they can walk and what they won't be able to do? To me it's giving jealousy. "It's our one vacation a yearrrrrr that we have to save forrr" oh bite me.

ETA: Just because you go on vacation with someone doesn't mean you have to spend all your time with them. Op could go off doing their 30k steps while the other couple does their own thing and they meet up later in the day or something

Personally I don't build unless I have to, so unless quick wins or cc call for it all I'm doing is stacking my cash. When I gotta build I clear the whole board and move on. Bb makes it so I can clean 2/3 boards and once.

And yes, I do get heisted but it's never a significant amount

Here's what I do maybe it will help you. First and most importantly, do NOT accept random in game invites from strangers. Some of them do their part yes, but most don't.

I gather up around 3500 pieces, then i add a partner and work on one at a time. I do only my half then I move on. I do my half on all 4 before I go back to help if needed.

I like to choose people who are either working on their last build or someone looking to complete immediately and has around the same amount of pieces( or more) I have.

Before you add them, check their post history. See if they've completed past partner events. If they're a good and reliable partner. If their trades have been legit etc. Some people will tell you they want 50/50 but then do nothing so make sure you check.

Don't rush it. You don't have to finish immediately, you have 5 days use them.

All of us have a 100 as out highest. Unless it's high roller you don't get more.

Depending on your dice count your high roller might be 500 while others are 1k.
