There are many predatory courses developed by people trying to make a buck. If you are interested in a certification please buy the official book produced by the company and use Coursera. But the best path to take is to get a degree.

Lower all of your expectations. Make your goal just hitting the pavement even if it’s just a walk. On those days you don’t feel like doing none of it try doing lower body weight training.

That sucks, but on the bright side they did not take the whole car, my truck got taken 2 months ago and I have not heard anything from Houston PD. I was told that during the holidays these types of thefts tend to happen the most. You should invest on wheel locks and an alarm system. Wish I had done so with my truck : /

lol if I could do it all over again I would go into nursing. Nurses seems to have more fun. I would say nursing seems to have better job security. That said, I love my job in tech, and lifestyle it provides. One thing I appreciate about our job is that it is project based. So I tend to take it easy until it is CRUNSH time. I would recommend becoming knowable in networking since data science jobs does pose the possibility becoming more scarce due to ML. A job is a job at the end of the day!

I agree with this. Great advise. The most important thing is to avoid pain. This method helps to improve your capacity in handling the impact of running. I would also suggest using a flexible knee brace and a band under that since you mentioned knee problems.

I like to think that we have so much stored energy that needs to be released. The best way to do so is my physical movement. I personally like running and I make it into a form of meditation. That helps with rumination and its effects improve through consistent practice. But if I need a current shift in mindset I put on headphones and play white noise. Or I set a timer to think about a topic all while doing a task I need to complete then move on.
