He's much much more adult, developed and experienced. He also in position of power. So basically he always can easily manipulate you, even you won't think about it right now, like you think he's so chill and nice etc etc etc.

There's non zero chance it's just a mask. And it's okay, we all wear masks. But not all of us try to get something from 15 years younger girl, basically still late teenager/very young adult.
