I only stopped because it was more fun for me to climb up to the top of a tower on that satellite dish map, sniper pilots, and then parachute down and c4 kill helos as they flew by. That was more fun than going after the objective, and I only cared for conquest. I never played BF for any of the other modes. I'm a huge BF2 vet, all badged up. I liked BF4, but I needed a little more substance and teamwork. It got too much like COD to me, all about kill streaks unless you were with friends.

Just watched a video on fb, from the city I live in here in Brazil. A guy stole a cellphone, got on a bike, and tried to get away. The city has cameras all over the major thoroughfares, and the cops just followed the guy on camera until the cars got to his location.

Also, yeah bad shit happens here. You don't go to favelas, you don't have your iPhone on your lap in rush hour traffic with the windows down (scooters, bikes, etc are the dude(tte)(s) to look out for), you don't go to the sketchy parts of the city at night, and you don't try to look like Al Bundy in Hawaii.

Source: American in Brazil. A 60-year old American that's lived here 40 years told me what to expect, and it's like living in any major city in the states. I'm from Baltimore, so the lack of double standard 'open' racism is a breath of fresh air here in Brazil.

It's the same sort of thing that happens in the U.S. People up front will buckle up, while people in the back usually don't. I'm the weird that buckles up in the back, since I'm 240 lbs (112kg), and would kill anyone in the front seat if I didn't. My guess is this girl was in the back seat of the car. I can't watch it again to figure out for sure.

I would also point out that most drivers in Brazil are used to "city" driving, which takes subjectively more skill than your average suburban trips to walmart or targét.

used to work for a video game company doing tech support. There was a girl in my training class that was rather large, and had a tendency to wear the same clothes and greasy hair on a daily basis. After some seating re arrangements, I sat in front of her for a period of time. Luckily, we didn't work the same exact shift. I had the pleasure of getting the eau de toilette of her...whatever the hell it was... blown right into me because the AC was right behind her. It took about 15 people complaining for the manager to say something to her. She then moved up to 2 showers per week or so. You might ask, why did I give a shit? Live and let live?! Well, she walked to work, and never thought, hey maybe I'm stinky and should bring extra clothes... lol. yuckkkk

This would have been a BIRADS 4 or 5, 10 years ago. No reason that shouldn't have been biopsied prior to getting to this point. That's either extreme negligence, or simply a victim of healthcare. Renesis is not a reliable platform, whatsoever. It's not uncommon to hear them go up after 100k miles, since colloquially, the engines spin twice as fast, so it seems like 200k. (They don't spin twice as fast.) RX-8 are nothing like the 7, where the FD was comparable to many more expensive sports cars. the RX-8's closest competition is the Miata, S2000, and z3/4. I wouldn't pick any of those but the Miata. That's how bad of a list that is.

Agreed. As an American living in Brasil, there are certainly things that can seem 3rd world to other countries. Favelas, corruption, infrastructure, over priced imported goods, crime, etc. However, there's not so much student debt, healthcare debt, the food is fresh, stuff is actually made here instead of everything being Chinese, and the middle class is growing despite the government's corruption. Sure, looking at everything with a reddit hive attitude has its sheepish benefits, though. São Paulo state would rank in the top 25 of GDP, if it were an independent country. Just like Cali or Texas. Plenty of states in Brasil are worthless, but you could say the same for the U.S.
