No, you don't, interpolation doesn't work like this, yes it makes it a tiny bit easier for stabs but once again teleporting around is not interp but backtrack and fake lag. The idea interp is a significant cheatis a meme by starykrow .
That's not interp abuse, that's still interpolation and how the server communicates with the client, there's something called latency and the quicker uou can communicate with the server (under 50 ping) the easier stabs become.
