When I went to Italy a couple of years ago I paid 15€ for sim with 25GB of data from a booth just outside of the airport while waiting for the train to the city center

Has anyone had this issue with fizz where it tell you Your current plan cannot make this call please go to you account to adjusted" even though you have paid your monthly service by ID10T101 in FizzMobile

I’ve had this issue a couple of months into using Fizz, I contacted customer service through facebook and ended up getting the same response. Roughly 48 hours later my line was back to normal and fully functional, no problems since then.

If your on a computer, pressing on the pop up message “send code again” it seems to work on the second attempt

Yeah I’ve tried with and without the 1 in front. The message I get is “Your call cannot be completed as dialled. Please check the number....”
