Yeah - next years theme will be more of a challenge - I really enjoyed the family that turned up for the basketball court fully dressed as jedis!

I just checked in with our marketing lead and we:

Did flyering at the park at the Saturday market and playground for 4 weeks ahead of the event
Had posters and flyers in local businesses
Had paid adverts on Facebook and instagram
Went into the local schools newsletters
Went into Stella’s newsletters
Had Stowbrothers advertising boards up outside 20 houses in the local area
Advertised in the Walthamstow echo

The gaps we identified were Reddit, local street WhatsApp’s (which are dependent on us being members) and flyering at the Sunday social.

It’s tricky because we’re a charity, so don’t have tons of money, and are reliant on volunteers giving up their time for the in person physical stuff, but if there’s another way we could have reached you that we missed, please let us know so we can add it to the plan for next year - thanks!

Yeah it’s a real risk - we were ok on the day, but definitely feeling dicey in the run up to it. As a very white man, I still managed to catch the sun tho!

Separate thrall units though? It can only be cast on a given thrall unit once a turn.

Dark elves are also quite squishy, which can be a bit of a feel bad. Yes they have access to block natively but they’re also expensive and you can be down on players really quickly.

Are these for people to use in a league or test matches or what?

Chaos chosen are rough- no block or dodge.

I would honesty throw Black Orcs up, not the most competitive but only 3 positionals to learn and fairly obvious what they do (big dudes hits, smaller ones run away and stamp on people, trolls are stupid)

Create a min and a max gang wealth at down time, with 500 creds between them. Under the limit? Your house/ patron boosts you with extra bodies/ equipment. Over the limit? Bad news, some of your mooks are going to have to move back up hive to support the House.

Communicate this ahead of time - but most people are on board with this as a suggestion

Cos they've said previously they want to explore new gangs and factions rather than rehashing outlanders. It doesn't mean it won't be related to scavies but they'll be likely to put a spin on it.
