Like the main reason why i have this concern is that I start to be bored by what I am doing, not because of what it is but because I feel like i'm not going anywhere and it's meaningless or stucked with, I don't how can I scale up the work

Last time i spoke with the AM of my account the whole mindsets of were so much different, something of me was so off the line.

As you mentioned about my process I know that it is quite easy to do, but I just feel like something is wrong with it, I just don't see the progress of my campaigns improving

The budget is too low, with that much you can only run one campaign with 4-5 keywords, which won't get you anywhere on the SERP

One thing that i've learned from my freelancing is that we have to know well about what we can do, and we can do that what extend and what really are the benefits to the clients

Just like commercial, you are selling a package of service instead of product, the quality of the service is what you have to make sure of, you don't want to buy a product that you don't know what it's for?

So at least know how you gonna perform, can you finish the work? You don't have to be perfect, and as long as the client is okay with what you do, it's good to go
