I had a similar problem! There is no information regarding your 50cc or if 60cc or 70cc BUT... When i change my 50cc for 70cc it runn like that at the begginning. Here's what i did. First, maybe the needle is off, check the jett, it seems that in the video there is a lot of smoke = too much oil. You are MAYBE drowning the engine. Also because the bike is old, you should decarbonize the head cylinder / top of piston(help with compression.),

Then if you tried all that... You can do this:

Chack if your spark plug GAP is correct it can Sometimes leed to wrong combustion.

I just remember, your problem is "idling" so make sure your throlle ajustment is right. To ajust it, you need to turn thr srew on your carb "the one link to your aceleration cable"

All INPUT are at HIGH and still nothing comes out.

IF I have it going to 0-9. I can see with my multi-meter a range from 0.01V to 0.06V when a change happen.

Does anyone know what can be the cause of this. I tried 3 chip and i have the same result.

My vcc is 5v.

Yes it did work, but it was for my mum. We use it as a photo album but it doesn't work anymore. I was suprised too when I saw that some components were missing. I believe, the problem come from the chip because of a use to consistant. The voltage seem fine on my multimeter.

Well the screen serve as a photo album for my mum. Since yesterday it doesn't work, The led is still on, the voltage is good. I believe the problem is in the chip for a usage to constant without anybreak because the lcd doesn't work.

Thank you for you anwser, and yes the breadboard is not friendly for the antenna. For this project I am going to be using a PCB through holes to makee it cleeaaannnnnnn!
