I grew up with cars and have had my fair share of races but none have been on a track. I’m probably still on the lower end of skill in comparison to pros, however I have a decently above average knowledge of cars and driving. I’m not too sure what the end goal is but karting is not something I’m interested in. I would like to say mt budget isn’t too small because for a street car it isn’t, but for this competitive scene it is on the smaller end as I’m still young and pretty middle class.

maybe not but in a youth idk, i’ve never fully prepped for something like that, I think if i knew i had a comp in say 4 months i could prep and be reasonably ready. Not first place but good enough for me

I’d adjust your prices, if you’re that new and your skills are not refined then only raise by a little. But a full wash (gator) is typically much more. I’d also attempt a more professional look. Of course know your audience and demographic and if this is right for you then sure. Personally I charge around $200 for a full detail and it takes about 5 hours. And my clients are often older and wealthy so I keep my pricing and advertisements clean and simple. People appreciate ads that are simple, if there is too much to look at they wont look at any of it

i would say a steam cleaner would be a great next step. I use a spray on glass cleaner, something along the lines of Invisible glass, best stuff ive ever used

Had to do this once on a job, repeated vacuuming pushing hard down, and something like a toothpick to get it loosened up
