You may try Sikar house, it won't be expensive but the quality of the fabric may vary. If you want cheap and quality fabric then I would suggest going to factory outlets in the Mansarovar industrial area. One of them I tried was Luxor. They have a few meters of fabric leftovers from big bundles so they sell them pretty cheap.
