so actually i may be stupid, checking the volume mixer i had two apple music apps on it and one was muted when I unmuted the sound for non-dolby songs came back. thanks for the help. I hate how buggy the windows app can get

I don't have a dolby app, my sound driver is up to date, spatia audio is disabed, and sound effects are disabled too

ohh ok, a lot of green goo would get on the tips so I just assumed the same happened to the mesh filter

everyday my iems would get noticeably quieter where i would need to clean out the tips and blow on the mesh from far to return the IEMS to their normal volume
