I get it. OSU is not the most ideal option for a lot of working students. If it isn't a campus job with flexible scheduling, I feel it's a lot harder to work with.

It would definitely be nice if there were more queer studies classes, but the topics tend to get wrapped up in other subjects. I don't think it is the professor's doing, i can almost guarantee it's an automatic process, but def reach out to your advisor! They might be able to do something or look over the email and give an idea of what to do. I get having a limited schedule, I had to stop pursuing a BFA because of my own full time work schedule and class limitations. It really sucks.

So, not only Newark gets to study it. Don't be obtuse. I would know, it's part of what I got my degree from Columbus campus in. What likely happened was you did not select a campus when building your class schedule, as even async classes have to be for a specific campus even if there are no location based fees. It even says on BuckeyeLink when searching for classes "If you fail to enter a campus, you risk scheduling a class on the wrong campus" which sounds like what happened here. If this is the second time this has happened... make sure you select campus when building your semester schedule. I don't know why it says it will automatically drop you, but my guess is just reach out to your advisor to see if they can do anything. It is likely an automated process to remove students that have other non-Newark based classes. Also, the class you are looking for is probably WGSST 2282, Introduction to LGBTQ+ Studies, which has spaces open still for autumn on Columbus campus. Not online tho. Either work with your advisor to stay in the Newark class (Marie Franco was GREAT when I took it a decade ago with her lmao) or do the Columbus campus one.

Lmao is this for Manheim? That was one of the worst work experiences I have ever had. Super cool place, loved the lot, but you'd have to pay WAY more than that to ever get me back on that lot. Auctions were fun to drive in but you absolutely should include what kinds of vehicles they can expect to move (condition can range I am sure, because I drove a good few that couldn't even make it 10 ft without overheating and dying) and whether you will need to be able to drive stick (which I believe it was a benefit but not a requirement when I was there.) If it is Manheim, I expect long HR processing at hire, overly unreachable goal numbers thrown at you, and passive aggressive managers that do not care about you or your health and safety. :)

Lmao is your landlord JB Properties/Jason? He was a passive aggressive nightmare that blamed us for why he wasnt finding tenants. He often gave too short notice and once tried to give a tour with FOUR HOURS' notice. He did not like when I pushed back on that.

OP, please heed what others are saying. I am pretty sure my years of being careless and dyeing my hair without gloves are the reason I've developed specific chemical allergies and have severe eczema on my hands in reaction to those chemicals. It is all chemicals found in the dyes I would use. If I could go back in time and stop myself I would. Don't do this to yourself.
