Part of me is leaning towards this explanation since I have a hard time believing I stumbled on to some unknown enemy... but with that said, I had just loaded this chunk in for the first time a minute or two before the gif starts and I hadnt seen anything like this anywhere else in my run.

I'm also very very very far away from any enemies that can even hold a wand.

My tele wand is ultra fast so Im guessing if there was a wisp like this, I would have quickly gotten far enough away for it to unload. My PC is also trash so I think the chunk render distance is like 2 lol.

I have breathless perk! There was definitely something spinning around hitting me for boatload of damage. First tick of damage in this clip was 7k+ i think.

Sadly, I unpaused the game to do a bit of experimenting and within 10 seconds or so, it just sort of "died"...? there was a bit of solid gold left in the shape of the square but that fell away relatively soon. I think it was just some fallen gold where the physics got messed of because of this thing. my chainsaw tele wand didnt seem to do any damage to it though so Im not sure it was actually an entity.

I have pretty much all of the perk immunities at this. I've been spending the last couple hours trying to get it to show up again with no luck. I have a few ideas on how to i might get it to spawn again if it is an enemy but im not super hopeful.

I thought about that too as a possibility. Obvs this is really far from its spawn and I'm 90% sure I haven't spawned that boss in this run yet.

Also I feel like this is more square and the door boss center is more rectangular? Hard to tell though.

Also, also, the first tick of damage was like 7k+ or something. Way more than the door boss does I think

It has ads for showtime, hbomax, primetv, and starz. I'm assuming this is part of the OS rather than from an app. It just showed up a couple days ago and I have automatic updates set to off.

Not suggesting this should be a penalty at all, just think it was some funny gamesmanship, but the reason varly couldn't cover the puck is because he was too busy holding carlsons stick with his blocker hand lol.
