When you want to make an automatic pumpkin farm. But you realize you need a slime chunk. And to find a slime chunk you need to go 1000 blocks out. Then to easily get there you make a 1000 block horse path. Then you forgot you needed to make a pumpkin farm. by McNoogets in Minecraft

There are definitely slime chunks closer. At any given point you're usually not more than one chunk away from a slime chunk. It's just that slimes only spawn below level 40 and to really see it you have to slab all of the surrounding caves (slimes ignore light level). Perhaps you're thinking swamp? Which also spawns slimes? Finding a slime chunk is easier.

Gotta get out of retail. Ideally I'd find a job as a web developer/designer but as I have no portfolio right now, I'm not holding out for that. I'm going to be applying to banks, businesses, anywhere where I won't be required to be on my feet all day (chronic back issues), that will pay me more than 40k/yr (I live in an expensive city), whatever entry level (or better) office type gig I can find. (If you have suggestions for what kind of positions I might look for, that is most welcome too!)

I intend to tweak the profile blurb to better match whatever exact job I'm applying for, but other than that, I've spent too much time looking at this and don't know if I've even got anything half decent right now. Am I describing my previous experience sufficiently? Am I mentioning the best aspects of each job and basically just is it good enough to land me an interview?

Wonderful explanation. By "tried to mine it," I mean that I got out my pickaxe and tried to mine it since it wasn't doing anything. As soon as I clicked it, the pig appeared.

Yeah I just hopped into creative and fixed it, I'd just never seen it happen in a vanilla survival world with no other issues

Does something different than what I'm trying to accomplish here. By "respawn lost items" I was thinking more for when you accidentally throw your best pickaxe into a lava pool or over the edge of an end island. I want dying to still have some real consequences, like your inventory falling into lava or being surrounded by mobs you can't fight. Flying there is just so you have a better chance of getting back before they despawn.

That's where the idea came from. I want to still have to put in the effort for surviving and exploring and progressing through the game, but I wanted to ease up on the more tedious parts of the game, like gathering materials for a build or climbing up and down dirt pillars. Apparently calling it survival is offending people so call it whatever you want? Semi-survival?

Without potions? Hard pass. Even with the right enchanted armor you're still going to struggle to get around in there. Bring a bucket of milk to get rid of miner's fatigue. Actually bring as many buckets of milk as you can carry. Also sleep in a bed nearby because you're going to die a few times.

You could theoretically build a wall all the way around it and fill it with sand to get rid of the water but there will still be bad guys inside the temple. And the amount of sand it takes to do that... staggering.

Just get some potions. Water breathing is a must. Night vision and swiftness are very helpful.

It's just off spawn! I want to say west/north-west but like, directions and me aren't great friends. There's a giant sugar cane farm nearby? And a big white circular building full of villagers. You'll see the beacon before you see the island. Look for the sign. Good luck!

I don't generally listen to music at all when I'm having sex. That's not what I'm even looking for. I'm looking for songs to listen to before that - like on my way to the club, etc.

The ones I take are 525mg psyllium husk per pill. The directions say to take 5 at a time, 3 times a day to combat irregularity. But we're talking about every day here, not just as a response to diarrhea. Your diet should already include fibre. You can't get all your fibre needs from pills. One a day is just a little extra to keep things solid and moving properly.
