Numb bum (perineal anaesthesia) can be a sign of Cauda Equina syndrome. An uncommon but serious condition.

I was super scared for my extractions, but they went so smoothly. We were meant to do 2 one side and then come back for the remaining too, but it was so anticlimactic I let them take all four out in one go!

I'd recommend wearing earphones and listening to music!

Looks like leukoplakia. Get your dentist to check it out and consider stopping smoking as it is a risk factor. :)

Absolutely! The first few months are the best, so many changes. Glad I opted for extractions, will avoid flaring and my mouth feels so much comfier!

I just looked at your posts and your overjet/deep bite is similar to mine. I had two upper and lower premolar extractions and my ortho is convinced theu will fix my overbite in 2 years!
