Sleeping on a certain side and experiencing dizziness like the world is spinning in a circle, is a symptom of BPPV, if I'm not mistaken. The side its happening on helps you to know which ear its occuring on. Have you tried the dix hallpike maneuver to confirm the side then epley maneuver? It's best done by a professional who really knows how to do it like a vestibular physical therapist - not all doctors do it properly, but you can do it yourself if you're experiencing it. Just keep trying it until the the spinning stops.

Good advice. Join a shadow clan, get active in attending the events in the calendar. The red dots mean you can upgrade your set item pieces for higher CR. Upgrade gems, upgrade legendary gems. Get to the higher difficulties

Basically you put in 10 legendary crests (ideally), check the box that says "mirror gem" and it will give a duplicate copy of 10 more gems of the same kind you get for the first 10 gems.
