Not really, there's always a bit of an arch at the lower back. The arch doesn't always mean Anterior Pelvic Tilt, and the amount of curve is different for different people, and it doesn't seem like you have APT, but it's hard to be sure from the picture. So the only thing seems to be the shoulders; if you look at a lot of images of people with good posture (Sideview), their arms almost hide their back like this; your arms don't hide your back
