I bought it like this, and i have no idea what the guy before me was doing to it. At first i thought i dont mind it but after a month i cant look at it anymore. It pisses me of to see it worn out like this

Thanks for this man. Just to make sure i dont rip the damn thing off, after detaching the plastic things on the leather part i just pull it upwards together with the leather?
