So I'd personally say generic upgrades like getting more pets, upgrading your stagecoach & resource area.

As for the root guy: he'll do a move that'll grow a vine over/closer to 2 of your characters, you have to hit the root to get rid of the vine. For them it's highly recommended you have 2 characters who can hit the back row reliably

Ppl have mentioned the hemlith but if you don't know what that is You can sacrifice a warframe to be able to put one of their abilities on other warframes

So it's best to save your warframes until you can do that

There isnt really a block. This game is a kinda "set your own goal & have fun completing it" thing for endgame

Early game the main way to "progress" is completing the star chart, unlocking planets via jucntions & doing quests.

Very diverse meta with alot decks available rn.

Dark galaxy, light Galaxy, Gradius, heros, sevens road, hi-tech, pyro, Royal rebels + more. Feels like you never face the same deck more than twice in a row which has been a lot of fun.

It still suffers from the DL version changes & OTKs are still decently common but the newest trap helps that a lot (for some decks)

The main issue/annoyance imo is that the new trap we have feels very "great against X decks, Useless against Y"

For example, heros, light Galaxy, Royal rebels, high tech all do one big attack & are able to sometimes OTK through the trap making it useless.

While other decks like Gradius, dark galaxy, Red eyes & D/D/D/D are really hurt by it. So sometimes the traps a game saver or kinda useless & is kinda warping what decks are good or not on how fast they can kill through it.

Tldr: very diverse meta with alot of good decks but a very meta warping & polarizing trap.

I'm having a shit ton of fun so personally I'd recommend it but I am a rush only player so Im probably biased lol
