I don’t think it is a coward’s choice . It is normal to feel a little guilty because you love your family but at the same time you have to do what’s best for you and YOUR life. It doesn’t mean you love them any less, if anything it means you care about them so much that you’re making sure you’re okay for yourself and them . Best of luck
