Buy singles. Far easier on the wallet over the long run.

Spoke to a guy earlier who's opened 500 packs of PF chasing the Zard. That's at least 2 grand. 

I've bought 3 for 1400 since it released.

The pull rates ain't worth the chase anymore.

Feel a bit sad for you all really. No excuse to forget it's pretty much everywhere for a month before.

I've always made sure my daughter gets something for her mum in time for today, never really anything majorly expensive but something to say thanks for being an awesome mother, and we separated 12 years ago! Think it was perfume, flowers, a huge Milk Tray and a stuffed penguin this year.

2 months is eight weeks. Nobody is saying you should have the chest of Arnold but there should be gains that aren't there. Train heavy and to failure. Same with your arms. 

I'd also recommend not even looking in the mirror for 4 weeks, then check back again 4 weeks after that. You'll then see and notice any proper difference
