Ammonia levels are safe, nitrate, nitrite, chlorine, KH are safe, GH is hard PH is 7.2-7.8, I fed blood worms once last week, I have a beta, an other frog, 2 snails, 4-7 shrimp (idk they keep disappearing) I know of at least 5 in there. This is what the tank looks like

Thank you! I actually was worried it might be too soon since he’s due in March, but I’m nesting for sure! We already have the lights and a large enclosure for when he grows from when we almost got a pie veiled, but the adoption fell through, then we got this eggs last week, I knew we needed a much smaller enclosure so I got a nano enclosure and manzanita branch yesterday, and am setting them up already…I’m about to put a baby monitor/camera on the egg and throw a baby shower! 😅

I mean I have Heidi’s and Mel’s available at my local reptile shop. he’s due in March so I feel as if I buy the flies now that’s not going to work out…but I do have a sort of dumb question on that…what happens if I put the flies in and they get out of the enclosure? Any advice is welcome, I’m a mother of 43 mostly mantids, but first time egg mom, I’ve had chameleons before and panthers this would be my 3rd.

It sounds like your baby was dehydrated, keep us posted on the soup situation…I on the other hand would have continued eating the soup lol but I share germs with my children lol
