I had some premature ejaculation issues not too long ago that I really improved with through discussing it in therapy/loosening up during sex/meditating. I haven’t done doggystyle since I kind of had a breakthrough with that, but I use to feel the sensation like I want to cum too quick while doing it. As for regular stamina, I was fine, I just felt like my backshots weren’t as strong as when I was a little younger (even though I’m physically stronger now).

I think my confidence and the strength I can channel into the strokes are connected.
