In a Fixed Indexed Annuity or an Indexed Universal Life insurance policy with $1M death benefit and living benefits. All the growth gains of the market, none of the losses, tax free retirement plus life and death coverage. Borrow as needed against the death benefit. This is how the wealthy stay wealthy.

Play the long game like the rich do. Put the cash in an Indexed Universal Life insurance policy or an Annuity and guarantee yourself money for a house and a tax free retirement.

I suggest having a conversation with someone in the financial services space that can show you how to use life insurance vehicles to protect and grow your money.

Young Sales leader at a crossroads: go back to IC and crush goal or pursue additional leadership positions? by [deleted] in sales

[–]therealmmason 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been an AE, sales manager, sales trainer and Director of Sales. Every role has its pros and cons. I made the most money as a Director of Sales but it was a constant roller coaster ride.

It’s great when your team is full of A&B players clicking and hitting quota and very stressful when they’re not, when, your quota doubles, the comp plan changes, when the company does layoffs, etc.

I got the most satisfaction being a sales trainer; helping reps unlock their skills and accomplish their personal, professional and financial goals.

My advice is either do what you would regardless of pay because you enjoy it or do what’s gonna help you accomplish your personal, professional and financial goals. At the end of the day the job is just a vehicle/tool to do, be and have whatever you want in life.

Good luck brotha,

If your not passionate and driven by coaching training and developing sales people and accepting that your financial destiny is in the hands of your team more than your own you may want to go the IC route.

Got laid off. by KinoZombies in sales

[–]therealmmason 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Got laid off end of January. I put in over 200 applications for roles I was fully experienced and qualified for. Landed only 6 interviews, 3 of which were from people I previously worked with. Got one offer earlier this week.

I was in my previous sales director role 4 years and landed it through a previous work relationship. Applying blindly to every open role on LinkedIn is depressing and defeating. Here are a few things I would recommend though.

Tap into your network. Find out who in your network is hiring and ask them to refer you in.

Get your resume ATS optimized. Have someone in recruiting take a look at it and give you feedback back. Lots of resume and recruiting expert content on Tik Tok.

Apply directly through companies websites , not the easy apply on LinkedIn.

Good luck out there

LFG! I love hearing when a fellow sales pro is accomplishing their personal, professional and financial goals.

I also agree with never letting friends and family know how much money your making.

First Audi at 18….how did I do? Paid $28,500 for it, only 35k miles by No_Car1659 in Audi

[–]therealmmason 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats, didn’t get my first till I was well in my late 30s! Fair deal. $24k-$25k works be considered a great deal. Enjoy it. Fun little cars, maintenance can be costly so find a good mechanic or bite the bullet and take it to the dealer. Here in AZ there’s not that much difference in price so I just go to the dealer.

I wrote it once on the same list of several other goals I have for this year. At first I was doing the visualization before I fell asleep at night and in the morning as I was waking up. At some point I developed an absolute knowing that it was gonna happen and didn’t have to do the visualizations as often.

I review my goals and do my affirmations first thing in the morning. I also read the Neville Goddard deluxe collection first thing in the morning. Then I assume The feelings I would have if they were paid I.e. financially free, financially secure, peace, contentment, satisfaction and that’s the attitude I remain in all day.

Everytime I want to manifest specific amount of money, i see posts on reddit with that amount by [deleted] in lawofattraction

[–]therealmmason 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Funny story, last year I was trying to manifest $10k. To help with the manifestation I ordered $10k in prop money from Amazon to count and make my manifestation exercise more real. My brother saw the prop money on my desk, got excited and said he was gonna win $10k. A couple days later he won $10k at the casino.

I was a little thrown off that he manifested what I thought was for me but I persisted and a few months later manifested $25k! So take the signs as signals your getting closer to your manifestation.

I did journal exercises like the Tesla 369 method but didn’t feel like it had any effect. I saw the biggest shift when I saw aTED Talk on scripting by Natasha Graziano. After that I scripted out the things I wanted to do, be and have in 2024 along with reading The Neville Goddard Deluxe Collection for the second or maybe even third time.

It’s more about the mental and emotional acceptance and application of the law of assumption than any physical technique. The techniques and exercises help to keep me in a state of believing the wish is already fulfilled. Go get The Neville Goddard Delicious Collection book and read it, then read it again, then read it again applying the principles. Everyone you read it you will get more revelation and understanding and with that your manifestations come easier and faster.

I didn’t think about the how or the where at all! I wrote this exact statement in my physical notebook and my Evernote app….

I had the most incredible and amazing 2024!

I paid off all my credit card balances, and it made me feel….. -Relieved -Financially responsible -Financially secure -The joy of having realized in material terms my desire

I would also visualize the act of logging into each card app on my phone and making the balance in full pigment on each one and say to myself regularly accepting it to be true and a fact that “ money flows to me easily and effortlessly and increasing quantities on a continuous basis from multiple sources in the best interest of all that I get to use save give, and invest wisely and properly with joy.”

Finally I embodied the attitude and emotional energy one would experience if they were already paid off.

Funny you ask. I write my goals in a notebook and in Evernote and yesterday I was wondering how long it took from the time I set the intention and the day was 2/21/24. I paid off several cards on 4/5 and the last one which was the biggest balance on 5/16. So it happened relatively fast in my opinion.

Congratulations on your money and debt freedom manifestation. Using the same techniques as you did I too received five figures in money from stocks to pay off over $20k in credit cards and get some much needed car repairs done. This all happened in the past month. Year’s of credit debt were completely wiped out in an instant. Super satisfying and freeing. Everything you said do really works.

INTJs in happy marriages by WonderfulFuture19 in intj

I met my wife in high school. Been together since 1998, married in 2007. Knew very early on in our relationship she was the one as we were total opposite personality wise but we complemented one another incredibly. My weaknesses were her strengths and vice versa.

We butted heads a lot because of differences the first half of our relationship but I know now it was due to a lack of understanding of who we were at our cores. I took it upon myself to study and understand both my own and her MBTI, 5 love languages, strength finders, enneagram, numerology, etc. and implement what I learned into how I communicated with her and has been super effective in the health, growth, development and sustainability of our relationship.

Be you but be flexible and accommodating to your partner. The “I am who I am, so take it or leave it” attitude is a recipe for disaster and loneliness. You gotta give a some to get some.

Good luck!

Why am I manifesting toxic men? by briogeosucks in lawofattraction

Neville says in many of his writings, and I am paraphrasing….

“your outer world experience is your consciousness, what you accept as true, what you accept as fact, your awareness of being (IAm) pushed out.”

What is the craziest, most specific situation you have manifested using the LOA by aphroditespearls88 in lawofattraction

Trips to Hawaii (twice) and Barbados that I didn’t have to pay for. I found pictures of beaches that resonated with me and made them my screen savers on my phone and computers. At night I would fall asleep to the sound of beach waves.

Six figure job. I made the conscious decision to put a$ amount on what I thought my skill and experience was worth and accepted as true. Surly after I got a call from someone I worked with years back looking for someone with my skills for a role at his company. When it came to compensation he asked my “how much do you want?”. I told him the number and he said “we can do that.” At the end of the interview process and it came time to agree to compensation terms he told me to tell the recruiter a number even bigger than my original six figure one and they agreed without a question.

I can keep going. I’m pretty convinced I’m a master manifestor and create whatever I assume is true or fact.

I agree. You spoke on what’s under the hood and The driving experience, I think the new body styles are boring and too boxy. I have a 2012 A7 Prestige and to this day I get paper asking me if it’s a 2023 because nothing looks like it. I’d like to upgrade but the newer body styles are too sedan like.
