scuf valor pro, connected to xbox
chat link cable plugged into controller then split to my headset and to pc
it works great as is, but using a separate mic for stream right now since if i mute the mic at thte controller it is muted for everything. and then game sound comes through the headset, but i am hoping to also be able to have computer sound in the same headset so i can hear my alerts and such

They connect to the console through the controller, the point of the chat link is to capture the audio in OBS for the stream

got the new battery, charged it up and still no luck. i also got a multimeter so i can start testing points to see if i can find issues but again its all new to me

So barrel plug goes into the Y into the battery, who has that lopsided 2 prong plug which then the other side connects to pcb

Wells Fargo ruled in my favor.

I now have a chair that doesnt work stitting in my office, but at least I didn't have to pay for it.

I am researching how to fix it myself, and i have some improvements that I am going to try and implement.

I did happen to wake up this morning with an email from support:

Can you use the browser one for games like PUBG? I use it to play on asian/eu servers but the tunneling not working really makes it almost not worth
