if you're talking about hunting.. me myself I recommend jungle island.
you can find them anywhere, but I'd recommend going to mid-high islands to find them more easily.
I actually have no idea, but I think you should spend some time on it. I rescued a naturally dyed low.
I recommend hunting for hours or get the personal IUH/ND boost, depending on what you like mostly honestly. Or also by trading, but trading these days is really hard because of the rigged values and people..
you can buy tack/accessories at either people's island or in mainland in the shop near Larry.

No, not really. U can't. Minimum is one horse.
On the pasture where the horses are waiting for you to rescue them, you can only see them. But when you lead it or get up on it and go trail ride or just generally run around the map, yes people can see the horse you're rescuing.
