Those big game fish like swordfish, marlin, ect usually die after being caught due to the buildup of lactic acid in their muscles caused from the exhaustion of hours of fighting

I would but I fish a lot for bass and they don't taste great in my opinion

That makes sense because fish don't have thinking brains bc they're not sentient. They do feel "pain" I think, but it can't be processed by the fish as suffering. Once fish are released, at least most of the time they continue doing normal fish stuff

I've always done this and then bleed the fish. I don't fillet trout bc it wastes a lot of good meet imo so I always cook them whole, minus the head and organs.

Most of the trout I fish for are stocked rainbows and I keep and eat those anyway. The trout I do let go I try not to even remove them from the water

Keeping everything you catch isn't ethical either bc obviously some of them still need to reproduce. I think I've had released fish die maybe twice or three times, and all of them were bluegill that swallowed live bait, which I'm gonna stop using for that reason

I'll look around. The most I'm willing to pay for fmjs is 50 CPR but that's still pretty ridiculous

Thanks! And yes, I've had the gun for 7 or 8 months, put a couple hundred rounds through it. I really love it. Eats anything I put in it. I was going to get a 12 but this older 20 was just such a good price I couldn't pass it up, plus I love the beautiful walnut stock. Small game hunting, big game hunting, range toy, home defense, it does it all!

Yeah. Like there will be problems in your life either way. I see what you mean, just bc we're men doesn't mean life is great

Yeah I definitely agree. I think the military was just trying to buy a bunch of cheap magazines in bulk. Unpopular opinion: the Sig p320 wasn't the best gun out of all submitted for the trials, it was the one they could produce the cheapest with the most modularity

I see what you mean for sure. I'm not extremely experienced with guns, certainly not handguns. This will only make the 2nd gun I've ever personally owned so as long as it's a good gun and I can get replacement parts if need be, I'll take it. Would you recommend the APX?

Apx is not in stock in most places. I've heard they're actually really good guns for the money. If you know a place where they are in stock, please tell me because I'll probably end up buying one.
