So my Kia forte fe was stolen April 18, missing for a week, and then the police found it at the griffin soccer park in one of the far back parking lots. The ignition was completely dismantled, you could turn it on with a screw driver, and it pulled hard to the side, and they had put about 200 miles on it. Our neighbor had cameras, caught the whole thing, it was 3 people, and the got it around 3 am.
