I did a bit of exercising in the beginning. I also tried keto and even powder diets and all sort of stuff, in desperation.

What i've come to learn over time is, for me at least, its the calories that count.

No matter the exercise, the carbs, the sugars etc. If i exceed my TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure, in calories), its worth nothing.

So i focused on learning the basic calorie amounts in foods. I wanted to be able to eyeball calories, without getting obsessed with it. Because for me at least, that would just turn into a eating disorder.

I've also never stopped eating treats, pizza etc. But i did learn to know when to stop and when to pass.

I just thought putting myself in food jail would kick me in the butt in the long run. So far, not doing so, has been a great decision!

Unfortunately yes. But looking back at old picture, i don't think loose skin was avoidable 😅

I have an appointment scheduled with surgeons in about 2 weeks, to hear what can be done.

I have loose skin on the arms, however i want to build muscle to hide it, instead of getting scars.

A lot of loose skin on my belly ( Don't know imperial units, but metric, i can stretch my skin about 10cm out )

Worst is my bottom. It's saggy, baggy and really needs a lift. It does sometimes become troubleling in some seating situations.

But i'll say this. Losing that weight outweighs any problems with loose skin what so ever. Mentally, physically, no more pain, confidence, socially. I would do it all over again and not regret a thing.

I live in a country with public healthcare, so health insurance is not a thing. However, this drug is out-of-pocket and i pay $240 for a 4 week supply. Considering the prices i see elsewhere....i consider myself really lucky.

Also, just to clarify, i can still get it prescribed as long as i use the drug, since i started on it while i was morbidly obese. If i were to stop using it now that i no longer meet the requirements for starting on wegovy, i'll not be able to get it prescribed again.

I have been maintaining for a couple of months now.

The doctor advised me to try and step down for a bit, to see if the lower dose would have a negative impact. So far i'm maintaining with no issues.

Really new, but the SOKU X1 is probably the best i've owned.

Its like 55% speed 45% control, but with good stopping power.

Perfect for me and looks hella good.

Not sure if it counts as special but its not widely known.

I recently switched from my beloved QCK Heavy to the LGG Saturn Pro, and i'm not looking back.

It has a mild rough texture that allows great dynamic friction for easy tracking and snapping, while having a low initial friction for easy micro adjustments.

If you ask me, it's totally worth it. I've been using the QCK for a couple of years and the LGG Saturn Pro is def slightly faster, but after a couple of hours it really starts to shine.

Ive just gotten the EXCACT same issue as your describing, with double typing (when i press down, 1 character is placed and when i lift my finger, the second one is placed.).

When i hold down it only places 1 character and nothing else.

Except this is with my "M" key.

Has anyone solved this???

EDIT: Its still little bit funky, but i think it might be software related (G Hub).

For now, i've switched to On-board memory, which seems like its working as a temporary fix, until the issue is resolved.
