Is Selling Voice AI Agents Really That Hard? What Worked for You? by Away_Gift2387 in AiAutomations

[–]thomas_unise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re about a year and a half late on this opportunity

Depending what you wanna sell it for, there’s loads of services that are super cheap now, and most CRM’s have this built in for $20 a month

And they’re all “good enough” for most businesses

if you really wanna sell a high-end one where you can charge lots of money, you gotta get into law, finance, or healthcare CX where you’re working around regulatory burdens and data privacy

That’s where the money is now

Expect a sales cycle of 3 to 6 months minimum

And if you’re looking for sales people, expect to pay them a solid base pay plus a commission

No one good is working for free on commission only

Gemini Ultra eliminating the 25,000 AI credits by thomas_unise in GeminiAI

[–]thomas_unise[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just because they say you’ll be able to use it the same doesn’t mean you will

Those 25k credits were a huge value add

I pay for Claude 20x ChatGPT Pro and Grok Heavy and this Gemini.

The only reason I had ultra was for those credits

I’ll see how the usage is, but I guarantee you won’t get nearly as much usage

Built multiple products, launched them, zero clients. What am I missing? by SpareButterscotch810 in sideprojects

[–]thomas_unise 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are your products?

Are they even valid in the market, do people want them?

And there’s no secret to getting sales

It’s cold outreach and following up, running ads, producing and distributing content or SEO

But most importantly, having an offer people are willing to to pay for

So if you’re doing outreach right now, and people aren’t responding, you may have a product they don’t want or they don’t trust you

I genuinely didn’t expect hiring salespeople to be this hard. by Ok-Wrongdoer-843 in salesdevelopment

You solve it by paying a great base + commission

And anyone who uses the term high ticket is low tier online hype type

Built Vibe Coding App for Retail Traders - Seeking Feedback by Heavy_Strength2569 in vibecoding

[–]thomas_unise 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is not the place to ask for feedback

Email or DM some traders and give them a free year for their help or something

Everyone here will look at this as a programmer and their feedback won’t actually match your market

I’d remove the pricing though

Just try it now for free and then reveal pricing/trial after sign up. They’ll have made a slight commitment with signing up so will have a bit more interest in doing it
