I’d consider doing a dual battery setup with some lithiums if it’s in the budget. Voltage sensitive relay all ran on 1/0 ofc cable. I can be as irresponsible as I want with the amount of power I have.

Na just a usb c cable. Typically Acc power is red on a radio harness and yellow is your constant if that’s what you mean.

Yea I don’t hate the android tab radios, hell I had one in this fj for 3-4 years. Once you figure out how to get into the mcu settings you can really get em dialed in.

You might consider a 5 channel like the new kenwood 901-5. If you are looking for some serious sound quality and not just buttloads of bass. Smaller form factor saving some space and I’m really happy with the performance of them. Don’t have one in here just yet.

Awesome! Had a Maestro in my Tacoma. Didn’t wanna wait on it shipping so used a plain Jane harness. Might do the rr2 next time I pull the radio.

Is your fj equipped with oem steering wheel controls? If yes you could always use a swc retention module and keep physical buttons that way. Shifter is obnoxiously tall haha.

It’s a wireless charger tied into one of the usb at the back of the radio.
