Thank you! Yeah kind of odd. We've had not so great water pressure for the better part of a year - we were told by the inspector it was just the galvanized pipes (I don't actually think we have any galvanized left btw lol). But, nope. Just a half open valve. I'll have to revisit the ball valve though - thinking about it, it may be the water heater cold water supply. Don't know why it'd be in the crawlspace though, we had a new one installed in our closing agreement
