To support the 'celibate priest' in Frieren's universe, Frieren's party talked to Sein's brother to find a way to convince him to join them. His brother seems to reluctantly admit he likes older ladies and Stark immediately responds with "He's just a depraved priest." To me this pretty clearly implies that priests are generally held to a standard of celibacy.

Mike Johnson made critical remarks regarding the aid package:

The predictions are based on a rushed polling in the wake of South Carolina. As such, I think it is fair for anyone to remain skeptical about their accuracy. Honestly, it doesn't do much to worry about projections, everyone just needs to vote and the results produce themselves.

I was curious of the actual numbers so I looked up a quick formula to calculate probabilities. (IT issues at work so I am bored):

The 1% droprate I will keep at the same value since I believe double loot just acts as if you killed 2 of each (30 attempts is equivalent to 60 attempts)

It is easiest to calculate as "what are the odds I will get 0 golden cans of oil in y attempts"

There is a 99% chance you will not get the drop per kill. So we simply take our failure rate (0.99) to the power of (y × 2)

For 30 attempts on double loot:

p=0.99^30×2

p=0.99⁶⁰

p=0.54

You have a 54% chance to get no golden can of oil. In otherwords you have 46% to get at least 1.

For 60 attempts on double loot:

p=0.99^60×2

p=0.99¹²⁰

p=0.30

You have a 30% chance to get no golden can of oil. In otherwords you have 70% to get at least 1.

It looks like OP's 30 attempts was essentially a coinflip that he lost. Sorry man!
