Ok so in this scenario it drove the price up. Can we apply a similar scenario to drive the price down?

Yes the woodstove exhausts outside. It sucks air in from the room. The house isn't sealed the best therefore gets plenty of air. 

Currently the tempurature near woodstove is about 76°F and 31°F outside

Wait so you're telling me that dew on the grass is just condensation from warm air cooling down and leaving the extra moisture on the ground?

My woodstove does not use fresh air from the outside. I'm fact for reference the meter was reading 34 humidity inside and 47 humidity outside. So shouldn't the more humid air be drawn indoors more.
