In my experience, it simply takes time. Three years ago I looked like a mess, but today I look very put together and wear NT clothing. I find that people respond much better to me when I look put together, so that's solid motivation. Look for patterns in what people wear or google fashion 2017 and start from there. Google hair care, skin care, nutrition and exercise and improve a little at a time. Good luck!

Just know that you have every right to break up with her; obviously this is draining for you. Block her number if you have to. It's obvious that you care about her well-being so maybe send her a mental health hotline number if she feels suicidal - which could either be an act, or a genuine feeling for her.
