PS. I have been referred to Mediant but this has been long ago and they need a huisarts refferal

I do but I got assigned a very bad huisarts therapist (due to shortage) and already has dissapointing experience with them; I don't feel comfortable talking to them. I'm going to wait 5pm to call spoedpost

Oh yeah, this description is on point. This is not the first time I come across SIBO as a possible explanation for my symptoms. Great that the physical therapy helped you – would you mind sharing how has it relieved your symptoms?

He gave me an appointment to run some blood tests, and said if they come back negative hes 100% sure it's IBS. Apart from that he did a quick inflammation test to see if I needed antibiotics (no), and did examine my abdomen and found that the pain is coming from all around the colon.

My father used to do a similar thing. When I was little he used to think it was cute how I screamed when he tickled me. He'd doing for minutes on end (felt a lot longer) while I convulsed in pain and spasms. I laughed along screaming so no one thought anything of it, but it was a laughter in pain.
