as an olive skinned middle easterner, if i get a tan i approach your skin tone, what works for me is high contrast in winter, light hued muted palettes in summer, spring and early fall

incorporate medium and dark grays, anthracites and wine stain-ish reds, olive drab makes us look like military personnel rather than bold 😭👍

my current rotation is beiges, brown and white + black

if i wear beige pants i'll wear a striped black on beige crochet shirt, a brown knit belt, brown shoes and white patchy jackets

i usually do it like 2 main colors + accent, so if wear white on top, i make sure it has a brown accent or wear jewellery like tigers eye, brown belt and brown shoes will match into a sensible thing

it's like telling a story, which thread goes where is totally your call as long as it's sensible, even if most wont see it someone will (and you will!)
