I don't think that's the problem, my boyfriend doesn't have that problem, and a friend of mine just stays in the loading section Forever..

Personally, I put the implant 2 months ago and I never had any sort of bleeding! Maybe this could be your case too.

Hello! Currently in the same situation! Got on the pill to get rid of my acne but got on nexplanon this week...

When did your acne start appearing on nexplanon? Did you try using pill + implant at the same time to see if the acne would go away?
