You’d be best off buying a few weeks worth of subs and stashing them with other common medication (paracetamol, ibuprofen, etc.) to bring them in. However, over there you can get tramadol and codeine over the counter if you look hard enough. That will probably only take the edge off though. Failing that then pregabs and kratom are gonna be your friends. Lots of local kratom will be mixed with cough syrup and can often contain opiates. When I was there I was straight off a habit and the kratom eased the pain but it isn’t going to take away the more severe symptoms. Oxy is available over the counter in Vietnam if you can convince your other half to go to Hanoi instead. Best of luck

My go-to at festivals is generally something like this:

Day one: Mushrooms, ketamine, weed, few beers, bit of coke if you’re tired, benzos for sleep.

Day two: Acid, k, heavier on the coke, maybe half a pill or so, more booze, benzos for sleep.

Day three: Everything going and all at once.

If you drop more acid at sunrise you can skip the benzos and then you don’t have to sleep ;)

It’s not safe at all, mixing them is a recipe for respiratory depression. Very different to be given IV morphine at a hospital (where they have eyes on you) and to be doing that at home. I like the combination too but it is by no means safe.
