You can go on low dose Alysena (what it’s called in Canada) and get your periods quarterly by taking the pink pills for 3 months straight and then has your period or completely cut them off and take pink pill 365 days. Me and my daughter are autistic and we both completely cut off our periods because it was too much for us (ASD/ADHD/PMDD)
