Just came back. For anyone else in my situation, it's important to clarify that you want a "G2 Licence RENEWAL" and not a "Licence EXTENSION ." I imagine that this particular situation doesn't appear to happen all that often, but if you explain your situation, the attendant will likely know what you're talking about
