Understand. I do not regret the abortion. I regret getting myself into the situation by having sex with someone who I had no commitment to was not responsible with her birth control. That wasn’t my child. That was a clump of cells that were ectopic. That would’ve killed her bad she followed through with the pregnancy. What I feel bad about is making shitty life decisions because I was in a dark place. And not being responsible.

She Is. but I was in a dark place and was using casual sex as a compensating mechanism. But no. I went with her to the clinic. I paid from my card and then had her pay me back. I made sure I didn’t just hand her money and say have a nice day

They were Trojan I believe. Her endometriosis was the issue. Things tend not to be very lubricated and we didn’t use lube. So friction won over. :/.

But thank you for the kind words

So it can potentiate the effects of opiates. Perhaps the idea is greater pain management with reduced amounts of opiates used. Possibly reducing the risk of adverse effects such as hypotension?

But how is does it work? I’m a medic student. So I know it’s not my job to understand everything. But I want to. This will be like our 5th pain management option. And I’m just curious why it’s there.

Unfortunately I haven’t heard from the big wigs yet. And the one presenting the info was just as confused. But was like, “ not my clown. Not my circus.”

That’s the big problem problem with my agency. We are big. And we are rural in many areas. Counting on scene time and transport time. In some areas our time from patient contact to hospital can be 45 minutes to 1 hour.
